Postage information
Our postage and handling charges vary by location and are listed on our order form.
Wine orders are sent via Australia Post and are handled as parcel deliveries. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Returns policy
We are unable to accept returns if you change your mind. We can only accept returns in circumstances where the goods are faulty, have been misdescribed or do not match the sample shown.
Payment methods
We accept payments online with VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
We do not accept payment using Diners and JCB cards at this time.
We also accept payment by cheque drawn on an Australian bank or by money order in Australian dollars. Please make cheques and money orders payable to "Roslyn Estate". Customers wishing to pay by cheque or money order should print our order form and post it with payment rather than use the online ordering process.
